Love has been at the foreground of every single aspect of my life. I have found myself in its clarity and lost myself in the depth of its beauty.

Ballads are my favorite songs. Rom-coms are my favorite movies. Odes are my favorite poems. This art has changed my life. I want and need to know more.

As I was reading modern love columns, I found a key discrepancy. It felt like all of the essays I read were missing a naiveté. A belief that this love no matter how new or outlandish or against all odds was real.

Thus, The Love Club was born. I want to hear your hurt and your lovey dovey mush. I want to see you floating, falling and face down on the ground. Love encompasses all light in this world.

So, this is for you, the new romantics. May we be them, love them and cherish them in ways we didn’t before.
